How Realty Pro is figured. 90/10 split to a $7,500 cap, then $395 per transaction, with an $11,000 ceiling on split and transaction fees per cap year (June 1 – May 31). The closing that reaches the cap is charged the full 10%. E&O is $15 a month and is included. MLS, board dues and license are yours at any brokerage, so they're left out of both sides.
Estimates. Every closing is figured at your average commission. Brokerage terms vary by office; check yours against your agreement. Keller Williams offices set their own caps; the starting figure here is typical, so change it to your office's.
